North Star People, Performance and Training Solutions
I founded NorthStar after gaining more than 20 years experience in education, quality, recruitment and HR. My career has ranged from leading on learning and development, quality management, and HR management, to Director level leadership, giving me first hand insight into the challenges organisations face.
As a qualified educator (PGCE in Post Compulsory Education and Training), I also hold higher level certificates in Coaching Development and Practice, and Leadership and Management (from the Institute of Leadership and Management), as well as CIPD Level 7 expertise in Strategic People Management, combining academic grounding with practical experience. Through NorthStar, I am able to bring that breadth of expertise, experience, and knowledge into every project I lead.
NorthStar was founded to give organisations flexible access to the kind of expertise usually reserved for larger businesses. What matters most to me is building trust, supporting growth, and creating people- focused solutons that make a difference.
While I personally co-ordinate all client work, I also collaborate with a number of trusted associates- this means you benefit from the direct accountability and consistency of working with me, combined with the flexibility of additional expertise when needed.
